It's October, so we're coming up quick on Rove's promised "October Surprise."

Recent setbacks to the GOP would seem to make Gary Hart's chilling prediction even more possible. Rove, after all, needs something big. He's got to do more than take the heat off his side. He's got to round up votes for GOP candidates.
