What's the deal with all the asshole British guys judging reality show contestants?

Okay, I get it. Simon Cowell was a huge success. But enough already. With Cowell it was moderately amusing. With all these other dicks it's just annoying.

And really, did we need any more reminders that tv executives have exactly zero imagination?

At least give us an annoying British woman or something to try and convince us you can have an original thought.
