Specter's still caving to Dubya

Whatever. Specter, who talks big and then bends over every time, is sponsoring a bill to give Dubya the authority to wiretap when, where and who he wants, without judicial restraint.

Oh, I'm sorry. Specter actually bucked the White House by making judicial restraint "optional" in his bill. If Dub's not wetting himself over that one ... well, I'm pretty sure he actually is wetting himself over that one.
