NJ Ruling a Boost to Bigots?

Reuters in that milquetoast style mainstream news orgs have of course calls them "values voters", but the gist is that the New Jersey Supreme Court's gay marriage ruling could be just the thing to get the bigots of the religious right all lathered up into a fearsome frenzy of get-out-the-vote-ism.

I suppose its a small thing in the age of the Bush maladministration, what with its attendent scandals-of-the-day, its virtually unchecked lying, and it's much-tolerated penchant for incompetent slaughter abroad and malignant negligence at home, but the idea that, in the present day, knowing what we know, vicious, irrational, faux-religious bigotry can still be portrayed as just another "value" makes me want to throw up.
